I know that it is a horrible thing to start thinking about christmas before thanksgiving, but I was getting coffee at P&O this afternoon, and they has christmas candy galore, and it got me thinking about the few things I want.
I have already stated that I want these, and I still do, the north is way colder than the south, and my feet get cold really easy.
Again with the cold feet, these slippers are wonderful! They still don't compare to the elephant slippers that I had for so many years (until my dog ate them all up), but they will do.
This is just so cute, I have coveted it for months, but never got the guts to buy it.

I already have a turntable, but it is hard to transport because the speakers are huge, and this one would be perfect for a dorm. Also on the list is a Ihome, or some such thing. My big idea is to get stuff for college. The dead line for early apps is tomorrow, so I am taking tonight off to go see Oliver at school with amy. I'll finish early morning and have them all sent in by noon. Have a good weekend!
I awoke this morning feeling as if it were Christmas, not a clue as to why. I am finally recovering from my sickness that had me in bed for four days, making me completely miss out on thanksgiving, and black friday shopping. Hope everyone had a wonderful holiday, to end on a happy note, this is a beautiful photo that my friend Patrick took of my hair, this one is one of many that will be entered into contests and such this year.

It was such a fun night- there were soo may people there, but it was totally worth it thanks to every one who came!!!
The girlys and I went out to Elmo's for dinner
em and jen and me, I think we were the loudest people in the whole diner.
Then over to mad hatters for some on the house coffee and cupcakes and lovin from mary and Michael. 
It was a fun night- just what I needed, new tradition is a bi-weekly dinner. Twilight (cedric diggory!) comes out tomorrow- ahhh!
I am so in love with it.
While at Macalester, I saw lot's of people wearing Uggs, even one little boy. I have been re thinking my aversion to Uggs lately. I am not sure if i could ever pull of the short light colored ones, like the pink ones i recently got rid of, but these tall black ones are drawing my attention. I know i don't like the use of all that animal product, but they are still so so so amazing, and I want them. And besides, if i am (hopefully!!) going to be spending the majority of my time next year in below freezing Minnesota, then i need some more practical footwear.
It was such an amazing experience, everyone was super cool. It was actually warmer there than it is back here, and they had an actual fall, with leaves on the ground and everything.
It was perfect, exactly what i needed to just forget about my looming air flight and interveiw at Macalester... but the dance was a blast, even if the dj(s) sucked, and they never ever played tainted love.
It was such a fun night, and everyone was wonderful! I love halloween, it is by far one of my favorite holidays, especially since it marks the beginning of the holiday season, now I can really start baking cookies and pies and such.
